Anytime you have a black male worker being verbally abusive to someone who appears to be their boss, I can't buy food there! I don't know who owns this restaurant but there needs to be an undercover employee sent to this store, if there is not already one there! I will drive to the Mayfield Heights store before I ever go back to that store! It has been my experience bad attitudes makes for bad food preparation! Someone at the store is not doing their job for something like that to happen publicly! Please no coupons need to be sent to me because I will never go to that store again!

Dominic was an absolute rockstar he handled the crowd with speed, friendliness and professionalism. I didn't wait long at all for service or my food, which came out hot, fresh and perfectly prepared just the way I ordered it. Five Guys quality at its best. Dominic and the whole team really made the visit enjoyable even on a hectic day. If you're in the area, this location is worth it great food and even better service. Highly recommend!
