  Burnt chicken, half of items not in tray line, A whole plethora of children looks like from a field trip came in after me. I don’t know how they eat anything because there was no food. Terrible customer service no ice no straws and limited amount of forks will be going to the other chipotle next time.

  Waited 35 minutes for a meal I ordered online to avoid the wait. When I got there, there were only three employees who were only taking care of the walk in customers. I wanted to cancel my order and get in line, but there is no way to cancel it. Dirty, no napkins or forks.

  Filthy! They also didn’t have cheese or brown rice. Workers were rude and just all talking to each other. Fatigue.

  This Chipotle is by far the worst chipotle in Mayfield Heights . I went in as a DoorDash on this day and felt nothing but disappointment there is no fast moving service , there is no enthusiasm nothing just dark and dirty . I look at the food and working with chipotle for 4 years being at the best restaurants this food is off, just looking at it the rice is hard and barely cooked, just chicken is burnt and dry and majority of the food is gone then the line looks disgusting.food and sour cream streaks all over the line They don’t clean as they go and they not moving with a sense of urgency to push out orders it’s horrible. Listen if you want good chipotle in Ohio go to Rockside , Independence on weekdays during the day time. I assure you they will meet your needs as a customer and it will be worth your money.

  I'll start this by saying it's chipotle. My expectations aren't exactly high to begin with. All I expect is solid service and decent food. To start the first lady asked what I want with an attitude. I told her a bowl with white rice and both beans. She gave the rice and black beans but forgot the pinto, I then reminded her that I wanted pinto beans and she rolled her eyes before putting it on. It was somewhat busy when I went and they only had the one lady and the cashier working, the cashier took over my order after the first lady put on beans, I told her I want chicken and watched as she scooped up the chicken only for half of the chicken to fall off the scoop. I then said "do you think I could get a little bit more chicken half of that scoop fell off" to which she replied "you want double?" I said " no I just want a few more pieces since I only got a half scoop" I didn't want to argue with her so I just said whatever. She then went to check me out and didn't even ask if I want anything else and was very annoyed when I asked for a fountain drink since she had already put my bowl in the system. Then walked off before I even paid and just ignored me when I said have a good day. Terrible service terrible portions terrible experience The restaurant is also pretty dirty and has no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. I've been to plenty of chipotles in Northeast Ohio and even in Europe and I have to say this is by far the worst chipotle I've ever been too
