  I should have taken some pictures but all the napkins were gone they said somebody stole the boxes. No utensils anywhere. The Coke machine didn't have any syrup. They were sold out of half the food including steak fajita veggies and pico de gallo at 12:30 p.m. The place was just really unclean it seemed I doubt a health inspector would have been pleased but I can't say anything specifically was wrong other than it was just filthy. Couple of workers on the grill were arguing about some catering order couldn't really understand. There were five or six people working and between them all it was still highly inefficient. I'm not sure what the problem is with Chipotle in the Cleveland suburbs. The one in Eton is just as bad but this was exceptionally bad leading me to have to post a review and also seeing that I'm the 1,000 review how could I not. Do better Chipotle, totally disgraceful and why I rarely ever visit I thought twice about it today and I was proven why I don't come very often.

  Consistently terrible service! Waited inside for nearly 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged my existence, (nobody will ever look you in the eye or greet you) then proceeded to act annoyed by me ordering. This worker clearly had no idea what they were doing and to give me attitude on top of that is Unbelievable!! Chipotle needs to get it together!

  Worst Chipotle in NE Ohio. One person working and 4 others being LOUD. Someone was actually screaming from the back. Dirty food prep area. Sliding entrees through it. Gross. Been going to this location for 20 years- much less as of late. Do something about this location already! Look at all the terrible reviews!!

  Standing water on the floors in the whole restaurant. Service staff serve food without gloves. Music is cranked past a level where anyone can hear. Service staff do not acknowledge customers waiting to order. Waste baskets not emptied. Many health code violations. This might be the worst Chipotle in Ohio.

  I walked in and said I had an online order and the woman told me to stand at the end of the counter.i stood there for 25 minutes waiting to be helped but instead they helped three people that cam in after me before me. Then when a different person came in and asked me what I was waiting for I repeated that I had an online order, they then ask my name and proceeded to hand me a bag with the wrong name on it and wrong order. I handed it back to them and said it wasn’t mine. Then had to stand there for another ten minutes just to be told they didn’t have my order. And I understand that they didn’t have my order what was ridiculous was that it took them about 35 minutes to tell me they didn’t have my order. Which left me no time to get anything else for my lunch break.
