- JJJasmineOct 2, 20261.0Probably the slowest Chick-fil-A drive-thru I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been to this location multiple times, and unfortunately, the experience is consistently the same. The drive-thru line takes forever just to reach the window, and then you’re told to pull forward and wait even longer for your food. It really seems like they’re more focused on their speed-of-service metrics than actually getting customers their food in a reasonable amount of time. Moving cars out of the drive-thru may make the line look faster, but we’re still sitting in parking spots waiting just as long, or longer for our orders. Ordering ahead doesn’t seem to help either. You can place a mobile order and still end up waiting an unreasonable amount of time for your food. On top of the long waits, the food quality has been inconsistent, and the customer service is lacking. I understand restaurants get busy, but this has been a consistent issue at this particular location. After multiple visits with the same experience, I honestly don’t understand why the process hasn’t improved.

To my despair, when I got home I realized my chicken strips weren’t in the bag (the most important part of my snack pack). I live 20 minutes away, so I figured it’d be their pleasure to give me my missing strips the next time I was in the area. Upon my arrival today, I inquired about my strips (with a 15 year old supervisor) and was told I had 24 hours to make a claim. This is blasphemous. I lost out on $4.25 and my faith in this location.
