    We drove 23mins only for the person that should be taking orders to be outside laughing with friends to tell us "they arent open because they have no staff" then to go literally right ba k to laughing and taking pictures with her friend outside...

    I am not sure why getting both a delicious hot sandwich and getting hot fries is such a task. I know the sandwiches are made fresh... why not wait to box the fries when the sandwiches are done. I almost always get a hot sandwich with cold fries. The other sad part is Arby's fries are so good when theyre hot. In my opinion, rivaling any fries on the fast food market. So frustrating!!!

    Nice place to dine for a quick yummy bite. Sure my sandwich was sloppy but it's all that cheese 😋 it's just tight on spacing.

    I feel bad for the people working here. They are clearly trying their best and short staffed. We only saw two workers during a lunch peak hour and everything took an extremely long time because there were only two of them. Missing food in the order, wrong shakes, then a shake remade that didn’t taste correct. No ice in the soda machine so they had to refill. Arby’s sauce tasted spicy. The list goes on. Essentially…. I believe it would have been fine if they had enough staff but it was subpar and disappointing due to the lack of staff (I believe). Management needs to do better.

    The franchise owner of the Mayfield Hts location should be forced to sell to someone that actually cares about the Arby’s brand and their own reputation. Last week you run out of fish, first week of Lent, not your first rodeo. This week, the only beverages available were lemonade and water (no soda or milkshakes), the lids available were for milkshakes not soda. Customers were getting yelled at “NO DON’T INSERT YOUR CARD” as the credit card machine worked when it wanted to. Service was absolutely awful, there is no reason to wait inside of a fast food establishment for over 45 mins for a $12 order. Arby’s corporate needs to step in immediately.
