  Very slow service, actually horrible service. The wait time is ridiculous, you are better to make a mobile order about thirty minutes ahead of time.. Seriously, this place used to be good.But two of the employees, I don't see there anymore.Two girls that work the morning shift, they always knew my order.And it seemed like the timing was perfect.But the place has went downhill.So bad, they need actual people that want to work.This generation is doomed!

  They were confused on what I ordered through the app. I never got a receipt. I ordered and paid for the new strawberry refresher and they said they didn’t have that one so gave me a Coke instead. No smiles, no manners. I come to this area once a week and had been going to chic fil an across the street, thought I’d try mcds today. I will be going back to chic fil a from now on. They’re polite and smile and when you leave there you feel great. When I left here I felt ripped off and used. Corporate better send someone here to get this site under control. I’d expect a mcds like this in a bad area, but not in maumee. Looks like from other reviews here lots of ppl feel the same.

  Consistently the slowest and worst McDonalds around. Absolutely ridiculous! It took 45 minutes to get through the drive through… and the lobby is no better. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this location!

  I'm surprised the rating is this high, I went there nobody acknowledge me for like 5 minutes and then people kept walking by, saying they were going to work on it but nobody was. I was doing doordash and the person was supposed to get their food like 20 minutes ago. There isn't even a big line.

  Placed an order in the app which said the store was open until midnight. Showed up at 11:15 and the store was closed. Had to spend time figuring out how to cancel my order. Thanks for wasting my time.
