- RRRyanMay 28, 20263.0Generally pretty good, but they seem to be going a bit downhill lately. Sandwiches are much sloppier than they used to be, wrapped loosely with toppings falling out. Bread lately has been pale, floppy, and underbaked. If you schedule a delivery, there's a good chance it will arrive well outside the delivery window. For example my most recent order was scheduled to deliver between 12:00-12:15 (a very popular delivery window, to be fair), and it showed up at 11:20am. They also switched this order to be delivered by Uber Eats, but if I'd wanted that I would have ordered using Uber Eats. Maybe it's just a fluke and things will turn around, but with so many other restaurants declining lately and JJ not being particularly cheap, it's disappointing to see that happening here too.

I know the sandwich isn’t supposed to be toasted, but the bacon was completely cold, which really threw off the taste. I’ve had BLTs from Jimmy John’s before and they were much better than this. Also, the order process seemed a bit unorganized. I placed my order online and waited about 15 minutes, while several walk-in customers ordered and received their food before me. I understand it was busy, but the timing and flow didn’t seem right.
