- DMDebbie MillerJun 27, 20263.0We stopped at the Chick fil a in Maumee Ohio on the way home from our Chicago vacation. The service and food were excellent as always when it comes to Chick fil a. The issue was with the women's bathroom. I stopped in the restroom as soon as we arrived and there were no paper towels. The other woman said she just let them know because they were also out of toilet paper. Luckily I had a few tissues in my purse and let my hands air dry after washing. We ate our meals and during this time we saw several different women notifying the same employees about the bathroom issue. Once finished I decided to go once more before the long road trip home. Another woman coming out of the restroom warned me there was no toilet paper, soap, nor paper towels. I waited at the counter to let an employee know. She politely said thank you, we are well aware of the situation. Mind you, there were no other customers in line and this time. Common courtesy would be to send someone to fix the situation even if delegating the task. Heck, I would have been more than happy to take the supplies into the bathroom if they had given them to me. While standing at the counter waiting, another employee asked if the could help me. I told her I was just waiting for the bathroom supplies. She said okay, I 'll check. I eventually gave up and left after waiting over 20 minutes.

The car in front of me took 5 minutes to order resulting in the time being exactly 10pm when I should have been served. The manger then tells the lady outside taking our order they can not take our order even though we were in line the whole time. When I pull up to the window I was told that the grills were already close down by the manager Morgan (it’s exactly 10pm) and that they will not be helping me. She gave us sandwich cards and went back to closing. I will never go to this location again.

So we had to go back in a third time. This is not normal for chick fila, kinda bummed about this service. We went in for refills at the end and there were 4 people behind the counter and only 1 taking orders, we waited over 10 min just for refills while the workers stood right in front of us chatting about what they were going to get for lunch.... this is very unusual for chick fila standards.
