Can't go wrong with their food, never had an issue. Food is always hot and fresh and tastes awesome. It's never a gamble getting food from them, it's always on point. And the people taking and passing off the orders are always super polite and friendly.

My team ordered catering for 65 people. The food was delivered by Gloria, a Chick-fil-a employee. She helped with setup, organization, and made sure we had everything. The catering order was perfect with no errors and everyone enjoyed their meal.

This was one of the most frustrating and illogical drive-thru experiences I’ve had. Cars were lined up outside the parking lot, while the mobile-order lane was completely empty. I placed my order through the app, entered the mobile lane, and drove to the window. The employee asked for my name, retrieved my order, and was standing there with my food in his hand. Instead of simply handing it to me so I could leave, he began walking forward and asked me to pull up. When I questioned why I needed to move when my order was already in his hand, he said it was a new policy. I asked to speak with a manager and explained that requiring a customer to pull forward—while an employee follows alongside the car holding the completed order—takes longer, creates unnecessary confusion, and makes no practical sense. She said they were trying something new because the process was “clunky” on their end and that she “appreciated” the feedback. If the process is clunky, the solution should be to fix the internal process—not inconvenience customers or make a simple handoff needlessly complicated. The mobile lane should make pickup faster and easier. This policy accomplished the exact opposite.

I’m a regular ChicFilA customer and this location is uniquely and unusually sloppy. It GLARINGLY lacks the franchise’s signature snappiness and reliable service, and it is so consistent that I feel like this has to be a management issue. Even locations in ghetto areas don’t regularly have these problems: several times I have gotten the wrong order entirely, no straw with the drink, they forget an item, or they end up behind on items so you wait in line for fifteen minutes as everyone passes. I don’t normally complain about little things but it’s not cheap and this is a genuinely a bizarro location, it is worth going to the nearby Holland one as they seem to be a lot more militant about their service and turnaround. Also, the poor employee dancing around in a cow costume in the summer heatwave while some yuppie family watched was a REALLY bad look even if they do have accommodations. The cow isn’t allowed to be outside at other locations, so not sure what that was about…

I’m very regular chic fila getter, I go almost too much, sometimes multiple times a week on my lunch break. I only have a strict 30 minutes to get there, get my food, and then get back, which has never been a problem… and that’s because I go to the HOLLAND Chic fila! This chic fila is dependably sloppy. You will wait for your food, it will be either soggy or crudely put together, or it’ll be just plain wrong. You will save time by going to the one in holland even if it’s out of your way. It seems to be that the owners are too incompetent to up hold the chic fila standard and name, not the base crew members. Seems to be mainly a lack of order and training that the owners don’t care to implement. Another really annoying thing that I just want to pick at is when you inevitably wait, which you will(been here roughly 20 times and have always waited no matter how dead it is) they will give you your drink if ordered, while you wait. This drink will be handed to you and you will never be given the straw to actually drink it, I’m not kidding. You will stare at this drink in your cup holder, ice melting for the next 15 minutes while you wait for your sandwich that has the wrong cheese on it. This place is so consistently bad my girlfriend and I joke about it being the evil/bad Chic fila. That joke actually came to life about a month back when it was 100° and that poor employee had to dance around on the side of a highway in a cow costume while the Rockefeller Family with perfectly white teeth watched them dance like a jester. Just so humiliating and the family that owns this location was so clueless on how this made them look. First time in my life were I’m actually boycotting something local. I swear to go I’m not crazy, I’m just sick of wasting money at this one and giving it chances it doesn’t deserve. The express way is right there, hop on, head north, and you’ll be at a much better location in 5 minutes.
