When I arrived, there was a very long line. I watched several cars have their order taken before me even though they were behind my vehicle then I watched the other cars receive their multiple drinks before me. When all I ordered was one. I can only imagine why this occurred. 😒 I will not be back. The only reason I didn’t leave is because I was blocked in.

This is the third time I've gone to this location, each time was sub par, and before you ask why I went to this one that many times it's because it's the closest one to me. First time I went, service was nice and my drink was okay, not the flavoring they promised but still okay. The second time I had the app, pre-loaded my order and the girl running drinks had to tell the other young lady to go down the line to get the rest of the lines orders, cool.. still a newer location, I can get it. This time I also pre-loaded my order, had my qr code ready to go. The girl in the left line just stood there, the girl in the second line went down only her lane instead of bouncing back and forth with orders even after I tried to get her attention when she finished the order for the car next to me. Got up to the doorway where the drinks come out and the girl in our lane finally asks if we've ordered yet, I say no, show her my code and finish checking out. I was about to hand her a cash tip instead of card but she scoffed at me when she saw the card was a no tip check. Waited 15 minutes and watched the 6 cars in the lane next to me get their orders before mine came out, already irritated by that and then my caramel apple macchiato comes out with no apple... Thanks for showing me why not to return. I will not be coming back to this location.

First time there and the drinks are mostly ice. Got a medium and I got about 6 sips out of it. There was probably only 8oz of liquid poured over a cup packed with ice. Not worth it and won’t be back. Response to comment: They charge for less ice/ no ice on already low liquid over priced drinks. 6-8 ounces is what I got with a medium drink, gone within a matter of seconds.
