I'm a Maumee resident and was going to the Alexis and Rossford locations. I was so excited when I found out Maumee was getting a location. I came during the free drink week and was pressured to donate money even though the drinks were supposed to be free. I had a baby and was on maternity leave and was so happy drinks were free (considering I spend so much money with 7 brew) since money was tight and that time so it sucked having to give what little I had. I now go to the Maumee location almost exclusively, with that being said the service is always up and down, the drinks are never filled to the top and this location always pressure for you to tip. When I go to the other locations its always consistent with good service, filled drinks and when the tip screen comes up they don't stare you down until you push tip. Today the worker was hardly paying attention to us, we kept having to repeat out order and she seemed very annoyed; maybe possibly because it was a few workers a car talking and cars started pulling up so they had to step away from their conversation to help us. It sucks but I may drive out of my way again just for better service. I spend almost $23 each trip since I typically get my kids something as well. Hopefully this gets fixed considering they just opened and are already having these issues. I have friends who have said the same thing about this location.
Let me start off by saying that I frequent Dutch Bros back home so I am no stranger to long lines, but this visit was ridiculous.
I was in lane 1 and at the window and it took almost 20 minutes to get my drink due to the POS and WiFi not working. Which in of itself isn’t a reason to go on and make a one star google review.
The attitude and behavior of the staff was unacceptable. They were sitting in the coffee making area laughing and joking about the whole situation (while people are honking at me like I’m the jerk who made an obnoxiously large order or has a stalled out car) when an employee (a gentleman with a teal shirt and beanie) started saying that “if people want their coffee that bad I guess it sucks to suck. That’s their problem.”
Lane 2’s tablet was working just fine and when asked if they could just place my order on that tablet I was told that it “doesn’t work like that” and they went back to chatting.
When the system finally started working again, when I selected no tip (because of the above) the worker made a heavy sigh.
Will I come back? Probably, this is like Temu Dutch Bros in an area that doesn’t have Dutch Bros.
5 stars! The service at 7 Brew Coffee is always great. The staff is friendly, fast, and very knowledgeable about the menu. This morning, Veronica, the shift lead, went above and beyond helping me put together a Teacher Appreciation Week gift for my kids’ teachers. That level of customer service is exactly why I keep coming back. It’s nice to go somewhere that truly makes customers feel valued.
Service is getting a 4 only because the girl that took our order was very kind. Her iPad wasn't working and we had to try our cards several times. She felt really bad. After that it went downhill and all the way to the bottom. My brother got a hot coffee spilled on his arm because the lid wasn't on and got burned. It went all over the car as well. Our other hot coffee also didn't have the lid secured on. My daughter ordered a Brew Lagoon - which is on the menu! - they gave her the wrong drink. Then they couldn't understand what we were saying - even though it's ON the menu - and ended up giving her a HORRIBLE drink with no flavor. Not one of us could drink it. It was bad, and a large so extremely discouraging. We had stopped at 7 Brews in Michigan a couple of weeks ago. We are so impressed and loved everything about it! However, after this adventure I don't think we'll be back.

Visited this location for the second time on Sunday. My first 7 Brew drink was actually during one of their free coffee days. I didn’t even know that was a thing when my boyfriend and I got in line. It was really cool to find out they were doing free drinks that day, and it definitely made me want to come back.
I came back specifically to try the Almond latte. The employees taking orders do a great job keeping the line moving, and there is always a line—kudos to you all! When you pull up to pick up your order, there’s fun music playing and it honestly just puts you in a good mood.
You can tell the employees here really enjoy their job. The young lady who handed us our drinks was super friendly and chatted with us briefly while we waited. She even shared her favorite drinks, and we were like twins—almond and lavender are my go-to’s!
I personally thought my almond latte could’ve used a little more almond syrup, it was a bit mild in flavor for me. Still, I will definitely be back to try again.
