  We had to go back in 3 times before getting our food right. 1) The wings were not saucey whatsoever. We wondered if we were going crazy ordering dry rub. 2) Management SUCKED. They barely spoke to us, gave us attitude from the get-go, threw up their hands and were angry when we had to come back in a second time because they messed it up again! Anyway just don’t waste your time here. There’s another Wingstop 6 miles down the road just go there if you’re craving the Stop ◡̈

  Not once have I had a good experience with this location in the 3 times I’ve given them a chance on a late night when not wanting to cook. Literally any other Wingstop has great service, hot fresh food, and the portion sizes are great. At this location it feels like they are running a contest to see how many angry customers they can rack up. It’s horrendous that this is the only location this bad. I’d buy Walmart boneless chicken wings over this and that sounds like a nightmare on its own. Save your time and your money if you’re thinking of going here or make an extra long drive to a different location, trust me.

  This location is absolutely awful. Genuinely dreadful and this store isn’t an accurate representation of the chain. I’ve had many other locations and they are either what i expected or beyond. I hope this location shuts down, it’s genuinely a joke and a trashy one at that. If you want wingstop, go to the one in Belden. The staff are amazing and you get chicken when you order instead of the weird little bite sized crappy “wings” this horrible location try’s to pass off as food

  I ordered food for 3 people. I should have known to check my food before I took it home since twice before I didn't get all the fries I ordered. This time they gave us a large ranch drsg and we were to have 2 small dressings. They did not give us our chicken tenders and my chicken sandwich came with one side of a bun. Of course if you want your food, you have to go pick it up and by the time you get back to eat your food it is cold. Not to mention the price of gas. When they gave me my food, I still had to ask for the ranch and then had to ask again for my other half of the bun. Appearently they didn't listen about what was missing. There are other places to get chicken that is as God as theirs or better.

  Service is absolutely terrible, the food is worse. Overcooked bite sized chicken with little too no sauce, they refuse to remake anything and are rude when you call in to ask for your messed up order to be remade. Hope they go out of business
