  The staff is always very friendly and the food is good. The reason I rate the food lower is because of the shakes. I used to come here SPECIFICALLY for the banana shake because it was made with real banana. The past few years it is no longer made with real banana and the artificial flavoring isn't as good!!! Even when ordering this item, you can pay extra for extra banana but I'm not willing to pay extra for something it's not even being made with. It's truly disappointing because these banana shakes USED TO be the best 😭

  I arrived at 10:12 am (they open at 10a.m.) Waited almost 10 minutes and left without anyone taking my order. I was the only car there and watched the guy inside walking around. I would really like to know what’s really going with this chain. The service is like this at several locations.

  Mobile ordered through the app which was easy but once we actually got to sonic everything went downhill. The app said to pull into the mobile pick up kiosk, so we did but they don't actually use these kiosks and there is no signage letting you know. After moving my car around 3 times trying to check in and not being able to enter the store for pick up I parked in a regular order kiosk where I was finally was able to ask for my order, the attendant had an attitude when shoving my order at me and by this time my food was cold. Not worth the hassle for some tater tots

  Even though they were completely under staffed with only 2 guys they were awesome. They Rocked!!!! My huge order 🤗

  I paid eight dollars for this...that's crazy they don't give you any stake on how it looks I ln The pictures they should change the name to a snack Philly lol smh
