  THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING SERVICE! The lady working at 3:30 today packed napkins because she remembered my grandson likes to eat in the car, thank you for smiling and being friendly!!! AND Thank you for leaving my grandson a note in his box😍 You have no idea how much your great service made our day!

  Made a purchase online with 2 discount codes from t-mobile and a free reward from my pizza hut rewards. My total with all 3 rewards was $9 I added tip and completed my order. I got to pick up the food and the lady tried to tell me I owes $7 more dollars. I said no my order came out to $9 and I paid the total owed and there was no balance. The app and the email showed my total was $9 plus my tip. She told me one of my discount didn't go through but I said it did on my end and how can it possibly be fair to now say I couldn't use that discount code when it took it off my end and I have the email to prove it. She just counting to argue and say that she will just take care it herself out of her pocket. No that it not ok under zero circumstance should a customer be charged more than what was told at checkout on the app that's beyond sketchy. And if that's the case it needs to be addressed with cooperate. I should know what my actual total is when I check out and not be surprised my hidden charges when I go to pick up food. If a discount code doesn't apply it should not allow me to use it on the app making it seem it was applied and the balance is different when I go in person. Again the app didnt tell me i had a balance still owed after i paid. And i have proof. No circumstances is it ok to be charged a different amount then what the app told me I owed. This needs to be addressed immediately!!!

  We ordered it followed the tracker, it hasn't been updated in over 40minutes have attempted to call 7 times with no answer. It was suppose to be delivered at 7:30

  The Saturday night workers are not helpful and super rude. Told me neither of my orders came threw on there end therefore the order was not ready for pick up. They refused to make the order when on my end said order was completed.
