  Every single time it seems there’s always something wrong with our order. Between the fries being served cold or you tell them no pickles, no onions and then you open your burger and it’s smothered with onions. Happened today too. And the owners don’t seem to care because it keeps happening. I’ve submitted feedback and all they do is call and apologize. I don’t want fee food I just want my order to be correct and my fries to be at least warm. The one time I got a happy meal for my youngest and they completely forgot her burger. All that was on the box was her fries. Their food is way too expensive to be not getting orders correct. Do better and train your employees better.

  Oh this place. Let me start by saying you should NEVER tell your drive thru customers it will be 10-15 minutes... from a managers mouth. Dont go and order frozen drinks as they will NOT be frozen by the time you leave there!! I said if its gonna be 10-15 minutes you'll have to remake the liquid frozen drinks I ordered. It won't be that long they are waiting on the steak part of your Mcgriddle. OK cool. Pull up. Finally 9 minutes later guy shows up and says im sorry they messed your order up... im sorry it went from waiting on and item to finish cooking to yall messed it up? And my frozen drinks are melting??? Maybe its management maybe its just people but jesus do better.

  Very rude and made me fell rushed when there was no line. Lady taking order was very snobby.
