    I use the app to order food. I love the bread. The subs are always very good and fresh. There's salt and vinegar potato chips are my favorite. And as my daughter and I joke they used the good ice and have diet Coke.

    I order from Jimmy John’s regularly, but lately the delivery service has not been as reliable as it used to be. Since deliveries seem to be handled through DoorDash now, my last few experiences have been disappointing. One order was delivered to the wrong house, another delivery felt uncomfortable because the driver stayed on my porch longer than expected, and another order was marked delivered but never arrived. The food is still good, but the delivery has been much slower than the ‘freaky fast’ service Jimmy John’s is known for. I usually order before work, so dependable service really matters.
