  Waited several minutes at the drive thru and about to leave and someone says do you have an order with some lazy half way english...so I order. They are ignorant in the process barely speaking but finally get to the window where i wait a long time and see no one.....at all. Then I realize this food will taste like this place looks and the employee acts and I don't want it. ... so I left and went to another arbys on tuscarawas that was genuine and I got real treatment and real Arby's food.

  Not very pleased with the food. Roast beef sandwich and fries were warm. Roast beef on the sandwich looked like it was rolled and placed on the bun. The sweet tea tasted like regular tea. The tables, floor and walls were dirty. The table we thought was clean was tacky and my shoes were sticking to the floor. One of the employees was telling her fellow associates about her botched c section and how she was going to get some big money. Also, shake machine wasn't working. If the main restaurant was in such a poor condition, I wonder what condition the rest of the facility is in. It wasn't like you were busy. We were the only ones in the dining area.

  We went there to try the new Philly sandwich. It was extremely messy, it was dripping sauce, which some may like but we did not. It made for soggy bread. We had both ordered potato cakes and I got a water. I had to go back up for both. The seats and tables were dirty. Very nice people, though!

  Went here yesterday. Spent 37 bucks on a condo and extra sandwich. None of it was even close to hot. Steak buns were soaked in grease and quite disgusting actually. Fries were awful. You could tell they been sitting awhile. I was gonna call and go Back but I was extremely tired from work and didn't feel like arguing with anyone so I just won't return

  Don't eat fast food very often, but love Arby's once in a while. This location is very clean. Always a plus now a days!
