  When entering the establishment, there was a couple of workers that passed by while I was at the counter. Neither of them acknowledged me. One of them proceed to sit down on the chair, looking on her phone. They had said nothing for three minutes until I spoke up, telling them I was picking up my order. There needs to be a bell or something to let workers know that a customer is waiting. I felt disrespected because of this.

  Chicken is great Pizza wasnt greasy, so thats good, But feels more like a gas station pizza. Just mild flavor, very very light on the pizza sauce. Definitely just enough to be visible Heavy toppings I have door dash, I went to the pizza hut website, and after ordering it still gave me a door dash driver. I get it but that sucks. No napkins. Overall 3/5 or 5.5/10

  Service was good. Atmosphere seems really good, but pizza was rushed and doughy and undercooked. As a visitor from out of town very disappointed in the quality of food

  We were very disappointed with our experience at the Pizza Hut on Kings Mills Road in Mason, Ohio. We ordered a Big New York Cheese Pizza and went to pick it up, only to end up waiting an additional 20 minutes. During that time, four employees appeared to be standing around while one employee was on the phone trying to fix another customer’s order. What made the experience even worse was hearing the employee making the pizzas repeatedly shout that he was “tired of this (explicit)” because nobody knew what was going on or how to take orders. There were at least five customers in the lobby listening to the entire scene, and everyone was just shaking their heads. When we finally got back to our hotel room and opened the box, the pizza looked like it had been dropped. It was nothing but a cheesy mess. Our receipt clearly requested that the pizza be cut into squares, but it wasn’t. There was so much melted cheese stuck together that we ended up having to cut the pizza ourselves. Poor organization, unprofessional behavior in front of customers, an excessive wait, and a pizza that looked nothing like it should have. This was one of the most disappointing Pizza Hut experiences we’ve ever had. I hope management takes a serious look at what’s happening at this location because customers deserve much better. Attached is a picture of what our pizza looked like.

  ★★☆☆☆ The pizza was good, and the food overall met expectations. Unfortunately, the service and overall experience did not. The restaurant states that it closes at midnight, but when we arrived around 10:00 p.m., we were told the kitchen would close at 10:30 p.m. After ordering, the staff started shutting things down early, and by 11:00 p.m. the lights were already turned off, making us feel rushed to leave. Another issue was the fountain drink machine. We were given cups to use it, but the machine was not working at all, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The food was decent, but the customer experience needs improvement.
