  I have ordered from this location many times with no issues. Today was different. I placed an online order and had a complaint about an item. I called and spoke with the manager Daniel. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. All he did was make excuses and NOT resolve the issue. I asked for his manager and was given another store to call and told Mr Dibel would be there. I called the Blue Ash store and was told by their manager Drew, that his boss was not there. I asked for a corporate number and was told , he didn’t have one and if I could find it I could call. Rude and disrespectful from both managers. I will never order from here again!!!

  We sat at the window for 30 min. For 5 sandwiches What happened to so fast u will freak!!

  I order 4 little Jon’s and a 8”. Was charged for5 8”. The employee really needs to listen to what the customer says verses rushing them off. And the guy at the end did not even put my 5 sandwiches in a bag. Had a annoyed look on his face when I ask for a bag. Then just hands me the bag verses bagging them. I will just stick to the Monroe Jimmy Johns, always get great service there. Only went here because it was closest.
