  I have never left a bad review at an establishment before but the phone call I just had with the employees and manager of this location had me truly disturbed. I received my sandwich and the bread was terribly stale and crunchy. I have been to jimmy johns numerous times and my sandwich bread has never been crunchy. The employee who I spoke to, which I unfortunately did not get the name of, tried to tell me over and over again that the bread was fresh, insinuating that I was lying. He also kept telling me he was not gonna make me a new sandwich if I came in and that he was not planning on reimbursing me. Eventually the manager got on the phone and with a lot of attitude, added credit to my account which is what should’ve been done when I nicely asked at the beginning of the phone call. Obviously the customer service training at this location is non existence hope it improves.

  Never have I had someone deny selling me a sub because “someone else might come in and order”. The manager on duty refused to sell me a ham and cheese sub because someone else might come in later and want a sandwich. When I told her how ridiculous that was she kicked me out of the restaurant.

  When they took my order, they made no indication that they were finishing a large catering order and that I would be standing there waiting for my sandwich for 15 minutes.

  The woman working with two younger boys was insanely rude to both customers and the poor guys trying to help her make sandwiches. There was only 3 of them working which makes sense because I wouldn’t want to work with her either.
