- MVManzura Vasliddinova4 days ago5.0The guy at the register offered free drink 🥤 . I was feeling so stressed and was not in the mood . But this small act of kindness brought me hope . I got emotional 😭 . Thank you 🙏 . Btw I always come here with my kids when we crave for some burgers 🍔 because of quality ingredients.

- MHMichaela HidalgoSep 4, 20261.0If i could give zero stars i would. Worst five guys ive ever been too the only person who greeted us and smiled was the manager . Awful customer service they should all be ashamed of themselves
- PDPhil DentonSep 2, 20263.0My car says it's 97° outside and yet it feels cooler outside than it does inside the restaurant because the air conditioner is broken. I understand that happens from time to time but what I don't understand is why there are some lady walking around inside the restaurant with her dog. Gross. Staff was super nice and food was pretty good.
- CJChris JacksonAug 16, 20265.0My husband and I always love going to this 5 Guys location because the staff is always so amazing, especially Amber. She usually takes our order and does so in such a kind and fun-filled way! If only all customer service could be this great! The food was great also.
Frequently Asked Questions About Five Guys
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.
You can read more about the story of Five Guys at www.FiveGuys.com!
How many restaurants does Five Guys have?
As of January 2026, we have more than 1,900 locations in over 24 countries!
Does Five Guys offer delivery?
Most North American locations offer delivery. The best way to find out if the location nearest to you offers delivery is to visit our website or download the app.
Additionally, we work with all major third-party delivery companies in the U.S., including DoorDash and Uber, so feel free to search for Five Guys through their platforms!
Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
