  I stopped at this Chipotle around 8:00 p.m. to get something to eat. My choices for protein were chicken or pork. The pork container was nearly empty, so the employee, whom I believe was named David, grabbed a long spoon and scraped the bottom of the pan, serving only a few small pieces of meat. I politely told him, “No, thank you,” because I assumed he was going to replace it with a fresh pan. Since the restaurant doesn’t close until 11:00 p.m., I expected they would prepare more pork rather than serve what was left at the bottom. Instead, he didn’t replace it, so I decided to order another serving of the sweet chicken. David then told the cashier to charge me for double meat. I explained that I didn’t think I should be charged extra because the pork I wanted wasn’t actually available. A woman who I believe was the supervisor or manager stepped in and asked what the issue was. I explained that I wanted pork as my extra meat, but the pan only contained a few tiny pieces at the bottom, which I had declined. She immediately asked David to go to the back and bring out a fresh serving to accommodate my request. When David returned, his attitude was very unprofessional. He basically slapped the container onto the counter and shoved it toward the cashier. After the way he acted, I no longer felt comfortable eating the pork because I had no way of knowing how it had been handled in the back. The customer service from David was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. On the other hand, the woman at the register, who I believe may have been the manager or supervisor, handled the situation with professionalism and excellent customer service. She deserves recognition for trying to make things right. Unfortunately, David’s attitude left a very negative impression on my visit. I believe his name was David—a tall, younger employee, which is what I heard the manager call him.

  I asked for extra beef and rice, and my bowl was still only half full. This Chipotle is completely different from the others. The employees act like they’re scared to serve a proper portion. I won’t be coming back here. My friend actually laughed, threw his food in the trash without eating it. And the music was so loud it gave me a headache. There’s no need to contact me. Just serve customers normal portions. If you read your reviews, you’ll see that many people are complaining about the exact same issue. Fix the problem instead of sending the same copy-and-paste response to everyone.

  The music is so loud you can’t hear yourself think, we stood there for damn near 5 minutes watching this girl sweep the floor, pick up a bowl OFF OF THE FLOOR and sit it BACK ON THE COUNTER FOR USE, and NOT even look in our direction to take our order. There were more than enough people working there and they could’ve taken our order but no, they continued doing random shit in the back and up front. If you want good business and nice customers, do your jobs and give good service. Also, don’t pick up stuff off of the floor and use it to serve people. It’s disgusting.

  Walked in at lunch time, line was huge. Almost didnt stay. This store has it together. Didn't skimp portions like most who stores who cant keep up during. Line went quick, like 5 mins for 15 people. Give this crew a raise!
