  The rice was undercooked and the chicken had an chewy texture. Despite multiple requests for an proper serving, the portions provided remained pathetic. Upon realizing the quality did not meet my standards, I requested a refund; however, I would like to note that the manager handled the situation professionally.

  Worst illogical manager on the planet. No cheese they say, I requested queso instead. They charged me for the queso. If they properly managed the cheese(which they had i watched them grab some from the other assembly area) there would be no problem. I told them to I'm not paying for cheese they had in lieu of cheese they didn't have. They declined so I told them to toss it in the trash.

  Poor service, one of the service guy just closed the lid on the bowl even though we were still saying add cheese and lettuce. Horrible service, seemed the the guy was very tired, didn't seem to care.

  This has to be by far the worst chipotle i’ve ever been to in my entire life. From the moment I walked in everything was a complete mess. Every single table was completely dirty and there was trash and messes everywhere. It’s not even busy enough to use that as an excuse. The line workers were terrible. They have no idea how to talk or interact with customers. One the dudes with greasy blonde hair made fun of someone in my family for not getting rice in his burrito and then asked me what I wanted multiple times when I clearly had said what I wanted. The second one, taller, asked me if I was “ok” because I just said I wanted a side of queso but clearly that was too big of a request. I had to disregard my side of queso after all that because they filled it up about half way. Genuinely this place sucks hard and is a disappointment. The workers need to be trained on how to talk to customers and maybe quit their job while they’re at it.

  Dont bother coming here. Stopped in for dinner, it was later in the evening but nowhere near closing time. There was a decent line, 2 people on the counter, 1 person making and 1 on register. In the back there were 4 just standing around, the line was slow due to only 1 making customers food orders. When I got up to order they were out of a few items I wanted, but fajita vegies was the main one. A few other previous customers wanted the same items so it is not like there was not a demand for it. The other portions were small like half scoops of toppings, barely any cheese and 8 pieces of lettuce. Have had issues before but was hoping itlwas just because they were busy but I guess it was not the case. Won't be wasting my time coming to this one in the future.
