  we came in on a Thursday afternoon, our waiter Cj was the only server running the floor...effortlessly I might add! the food was great and it took no time to arrive to our table! Our glasses were always full and cj had a smile on his face the whole time! 10/10 experience, definitely will be coming back! Thank you!

  Just had the best customer service I’ve had in my life! Even with just a to-go order, Deeana made the experience exceptional. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and efficient, making sure everything was accurate, packed perfectly, and made sure we left happy. You could tell she genuinely cared, even though we weren’t dining in. Her warm, family-oriented attitude really stood out, she treated us with the same level of attention and respect as if we were sitting down for a full meal. It’s rare to get that kind of service on a takeout order. Deeana truly went above and beyond and made what could’ve been a simple pickup the best experience I’ve had.

  I don't normally leave reviews but, I went here with my family to celebrate my new job. The Caesar salad and Chicken Parmesan were great. The drinks I ordered were a water and a berry lemonade. When the Lemonade came, it had no sugar rim. I didn't let it bother me at first, other waiters came with food, and when our initial waiter came back, I asked for another Lemonade with the sugar rim, and I got a vague excuse about how it was up to the bar. Meanwhile, my brother had a sugar rim on hid alcoholic drink. It's a small detail but I'm not happy that they refused to add that, considering it's listed on the menu!

  Let me start with if you have ever had a bad experience at this bravos, well your first mistake is... not asking for deeana!!! Deeana was our server and when I tell you I have never ever had a waitress go above and beyond like she did!!! She was amazing!!! It's hard now days to walk in somewhere and get perfect service like this. She had a great personality had me and my fiance laughing so hard. There's so much i could say like how she offered us bread and sauces togo. It's the little things she did that made our night, that most don't do. Thank you so much deeana! She is who I will ask for every single time we go back and if she's not there we will come back another day! That's how amazing she was!!! Oh and the food was awesome as well!!
