The 12.00 lobster bisque was so salty covering the lack of lobster. The tiramisu was tolerable but definitely not the quality ingredients the price implied.

Brought the kids their food back without hair. Said they would not charge for it. Ordered my 2nd drink. 25 min later it came with the check. Also only one kids meal was comped. Never again.

Stood at the hostess station for 10 minutes was passed 2 different waiters passed by. No acknowledgement at all. Ended up walking out. So sad was so looking forward to lunch at Bravo.
