    My boy Robert was an amazing server ! He is the best! Always on the go and checked on us and made sure we were okay . Food was OUTSTANDING! And Dino is an amazing manager loved that dude , I’ll be back fshooo.

    My friend and I tried the Bravo Italian Kitchen in Mason, Ohio for the first time. We were highly disappointed with the experience. I ordered the Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo and my friend ordered the Pasta Bravo with chicken. The Shrimp Alfredo tastes good but the portion size was too small for the menu price. I took a picture of the portion size. I had eaten a few bites but the portion size is still close to what it was. It was about a lunch portion at other Italian restaurants. That wouldn’t be bad if the price were half but the portion was too small for $22.99. I spoke to the manager about it, she tried to tell me that the portion was the size it was due to the shrimp being added. There wasn’t that many shrimp in the bowl. The manager asked if I wanted them to make me another one, I said yes and she took my plate from me. I figured they would make one of the right portion size but no! The second one came out the same size. I took a picture of the second one as well. The manager was a bit rude about it as well. She seemed perturbed that I complained about the portion size. The pasta bravo was a much better portion size but the taste was not up to par. He told me that the sauce tasted like Chef Boyardee. Chef Boyardee has a very unique and unmistakable taste. A taste that is good for canned Italian food but definitely not up to par for a place that charges upper end Italian food prices. The waiter was also not very attentive to our needs. The place wasn’t busy but he never bothered to ask how the food was. I had waited for him to ask how the food was that way I could politely complain about the portion size. There is a Carabbas and an Olive Garden down the street from this location, both have way better food for about the same amount of money. Neither of us plan to go back to this restaurant after receiving sub par food for the price of upper end Italian dining.

    Consistently good Italian and great for groups - the fra diavolo is delicious and spicy. Adi was an excellent waitress for our group birthday dinner.

    3pm early dinner.. Shaved chicken chop salad was excellent, full of pecans and other goodies. Veal parm was great with linguine. Took some home and loved it again later. Paul's service was top notch and I felt at home. Still a great place for classic Italian. Bravo!
