  Only car in the drive through. Took 15 minutes sitting at the drive through with other cars pulling up and getting served first at the window. All we ordered was two chicken sandwiches and an 8 count of nuggets. They did not even give me my nuggets. Very surprised and disappointed. You should drive to the Dublin location over this one even though it adds 20 minutes of driving.

  My first visit to the new restaurant. Watch Google directions!!! I was driving 33 east to Delaware ave the west with Google constantly issuing instructions to turn at the second light. What? At first it appears to be a turn into a car wash. Which it rally is. Fortunately connected to a Burger King you drive through to exit on to a back street to enter the back and only entrance to CF! What is wrong with the blind traffic planners in Marysville? This is stated as I’ve experienced horrid ill planned traffic patterns in the area this would be for aMcDonalds on the west side. The new Culver’s and now CF. WH is the city making shopping in town so difficult. Back to the restaurant. Great service, clean…..well you know all the usual CF attributes. I mentioned the traffic direction situation to store management.

  So I pull into the drive through this morning at 10:28am with only one car in front of me. The car places it's order and I drive up to the order taker and by the time she is prepared to take my order, taking my name i attempt to order a breakfast bowl to which she replies,"I am sorry we are now serving lunch, we stop serving breakfast at 10:30" I look at my watch and it is now 10:31. Seriously!! It is no surprise your current Google Reviews are only three stars. Horrible for a new restaurant.

  I stopped here Thursday April 30th at 2:00 PM in the drive thru. Be advised once you're in the drive thru- there's no turning around or getting out of line. I am greeted by an employee personally trying to take my order. I have been to Chick-fil-A all of once before so had no idea what to order or what was even available. There was a traditional menu sign much further up but I couldn't see it and could not advance in the line without giving the employee my order. There was a small promotional sign for the jalapeno ranch club so I ordered that and a regular chicken sandwich. I expected to wait and I did but not too long but it wasn't that busy either. Three times the employees asked if I was so and so, but I told them my name I had given at the start of the order so that process needs work. I was given my food and fortunately got to get out of the line into the parking lot. I opened the box and took a bite and it was totally dry and plain. I stopped and looked into the actual sandwich and it had no condiments on it at all although I ordered both sandwiches with "everything". It was dry and frankly almost flavorless. I also was not provided with napkins which is also a mistake on their part. I put the sandwich away and went through the drive through elsewhere and when I got home- I gave the chicken part to my dog. I'll never be back. If this is what all the fuss is about, I can say with all honesty that I just don't get it. Overpriced, dry, lacking flavor, and very disorganized. I feel taken advantage of. As I said, never again.

  35 minutes in order line gave order 5 times The person in the microphone did not speak English well and obviously did not understand it. They sent another lady out to verify my order. The sixth time she collected my payment. When she brought me the receipt I noticed it was wrong still and I was charged for items that I didn't want. So when I asked to be corrected some will come out and ask me what I ordered for the 8th time and I said man I've been here for 35 minutes. Can I just get my money and get out of here cuz I'm going to be late for work. Horrible service and then the so-called manager look like a 16-year-old kid was rude and told me if I wasn't happy. Have a blessed day and I was welcome to leave. Never go here
