  Rude people tried to tell me I chose the option for no breadsticks..there’s only one option for pasta..so I get my extra sauce but no breadsticks. Pasta is dumped with spice to where you can’t eat it, it’s black around the edges. I don’t know how they are serving food like this and not shut down. I’m not from here but this is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever seen.

  Ordered online, waited for order to arrive, it never did, called in to check on order and was told they didn’t have it, was told to wait to receive a refund for an order that was already paid for.

  This Pizza Hut is about the customers. My dad and brother are regulars there, and have been for several years. The GM and staff know them by name (and order) and always look forward to welcoming them in. When they recently had car troubles at the location, the staff bent over backwards (and then some!) to help them out. These are good people here who care about their product and their customers. Regarding quality.... When I was a kid (sorry to go there), Pizza Hut was THE pinnacle of pizza greatness. In the few decades since, there has been an explosion of different options. And that is great! I love trying new styles, and styles of pizza from different regions and countries. But, Pizza Hut has a distinct recipe and taste that hasn't changed, and it still stands alone. It still has its place among the royalty of pizza styles. This location stays true to that style and unique flavor. Pizza Hut's style is so unique, they should bring back the Priazza (if you know, you know!). Regarding customer service.... When I went in to thank them for their consistency in quality and compassion towards my family, I observed while I was waiting to speak to the GM. On a busy Friday evening when myriad hungry customers are celebrating the end of a work week and fueling up for their weekend festivities, the orders are coming fast and furious. I watched as a team member, probably newer, received a customer's frustration or complaint over the phone. Instead of being dismissive because he could not address the complaint, he immediately sought help from other team members and they resolved the order issue as a team. That is the kind of cohesion, integrity, and professionalism you want in your local pizza providers!

  Ordered a large pepperoni with extra sauce they delivered a large pepperoni, banana peppers and mushrooms!! Called the store they said they'd send out a new pizza. So in the mean time we was gonna eat our boneless wings... we'll they was raw!!! We order from here often and its always an issue messing up the pizzas or not bringing the extra sauces that we pay for.. but this is ridiculous and obviously not temping your food properly!
