  As I went to the counter to get my food a worker named “Alivia” was sitting on her phone, not asking me anything, and behind her a ticket came in, she looked up and just went back to scrolling on her phone while it seemed to be super busy, she was unprofessional and it’s affecting the business, I do not recommend coming back to this location unless you want unprofessional behavior from the staff.

  I have ordered delivery many times from this store. Food is good, delivery is in a timely manner. For some reason.. they always short us on the honey french dressing. It usally takes 4 to 5 calls to the store, getting hung up on.. and waiting for over an hour to get dressing for a salad that was ordered and not delivered. Happens every time. Not only the workers.. but also the manager disconnects the calls. The dressing usually gets delivered after an hour of waiting. So if you like salad and your buying for multiple people with different dressings .. Buyer beware, and prepare to call back, and call back.

  Have not had Donatoes in 15 years. I can tell things have changed. Quality of crust and toppings have gone down.
