Barely got half a bowl of food and it was old and cold. No ice for drinks. Another lady complained to the manager on duty and he couldn’t have cared less about any of it. No way is this place worth the $30 we paid. Won’t be back.

Was on road trip so we had to stop and get utensils to eat not great for what was supposed to be a pre order quick stop. Staff was very nice and apologetic so gave them some point for that.

Floors were sticky, tables were sticky, the rice it was cold and dry and somehow managed to get salsa all over the outside of the foil, sower-cream all over, just disgusting Paid almost $15 for what turned out to be the saddest, driest, most flavorless burrito I’ve ever forced myself to eat. The “guacamole” was brown and tasted like it had been sitting out since last week. Took two bites and tossed the rest. Place was understaffed, dirty, and completely checked out. I’ve been to plenty of Chipotles — this one is by far the worst. Save your money and your stomach. Never going back.

Yes it was 7:30pm when me and my family got there but still. And unfortunately when we're in the area of this Chipotle we generally go here and its good but today was different
