The place started out great but here lately the last couple months it definitely went downhill between drinks not made correctly and the workers I know are mainly young adults but they are more worried about messing around then working which I think contributes to the majority of the mess ups they definitely need better people taking the orders they have 0 interaction skills and could care less about anyone unfortunately

One of the worst experiences I've had from a customer service standpoint. Ordered on the app. When I arrived an angry looking blonde girl came with a tablet. Did not say a word. Scanned my phone, flipped the tablet over(so I could happily tip haha) and walked away without saying a word. One of several bad experiences I've had there lately. Next time I'm going to record so I can show the owner what horrible people they have working there.

They literally always forget my syrup if i order like a custom drink instead of one from the menu. which is the whole point of the place if u ask me. theres been atleast 6 times ive gotten literal milk, coffee, and NOTHING else. also, they are always so dismissive and like annoyed that ur even there for some reason? out of all the 7brews ive been to (which is a lot tbh im a teenage girl) this is the WORST. tell them to make my drinks better since i pay $6 for a medium. tell them to atleast try to act like they dont hate working for $11 an hour. PLEASE.

Slow, dismissive and rude. Not worth the prices anymore. Has gone way downhill in a short amount of time. Lost what was a frequent customer.
