  I have had to cancel 2 separate orders now due to the delivery person going to the wrong address. The 1st time I was meeting them at a church near the house. I triple check to make sure that the address was correct and even told them where I would be meeting. I arrived 10 minutes prior to the estimated delivery time. After waiting for 20 minutes longer than the estimated delivery time I called to see where the driver was. I was told the driver had been there then left due to no one being there. After asking where the driver was I realized they went to the wrong church. Instead of calling me they took the pizza back to the store. I was told they could send it back out but would be another 20 minutes. I declined and asked for a refund knowing the pizza would be cold. The 2nd time I ordered online and scheduled the delivery for 6:15 at my work. They have delivered here before. I double checked the address was correct before confirming the order. At 6:25 I called to see where the driver was and was told he was on the way. A few minutes later they called back and said the address went to a barn. I was told when the driver got back they could send him back to the correct address. Again I declined as I only have 30 minutes for lunch and had already been waiting for 15 minutes. When I asked for a refund the person on the phone hung up on me.
