    The cheesesteak was very stringy, lots of hard bits. $ 14.00 for a meal is ridiculous.

    On August 10th at ~2144, my order was SUPPOSED to be ready. I pulled up at 2200 and told the young lady from the drive through window that I was here to pick up an online order. I was told to pull up to the window. There was no one to greet me at the window for so long, i questioned if there was a different window. About 15 minutes later, I finally saw a gentleman walk past the window and see me sitting outside. A few minutes later a young lady came to the window with my order. The real disappointment happened after I received my order as my food was severely overcooked. The chicken on my sandwich as well as the bun it was on was black and burnt. The curly fries were also burnt. Had I not already been back on the freeway, I would have gone back to address the issue.
