This restaurant is inside a gas station so the atmosphere is not great. I ordered a Reuben sandwich and a jamocha shake. It wasn't as good as the first one I ever ate at an Arby's, and I think the shake didn't have enough flavoring.

Inside the pilot truck stop.
Male employee standing against the bag counter hands in pocket shirt untucked as my food was ready to be bagged. While my food waited to be put in a brown paper bag the male employee starts fidgeting and ends up touching his hair, scalp, back of his neck and when I approached he asked if I needed anything, and I said yes my food that's there. He turns around to start bagging my food. (Without washing his hands) I proceeded to tell him that I would prefer he washed his hands first before handling my food. He proceeds to get an attitude after I informed him that if your hands touch your hair or body it is food handling policy to wash your hands before touching food again. The male employee walks off (with an attitude) and tells the other coworkers to bag my food. But instead the other employees walk away with him, while there were 4 people in line, well after a few minutes and most of the crew in the back talking about what just happened as if it was a joke 3 of the 4 sets of people in line left.
With Arby's raising menu prices every other day, you would think they would spend some of the profits to properly train and educate its employees about food handling procedures and work place appearance. Because I'm sure if this location did that I'm positive there wouldn't be reviews and comments talking about finding hair in their food or the extremely poor service.
Well Arby's? It's been a month since you said you were going to investigate this and still not gotten your results of that investigation.
