  If it was possible to leave zero stars i would the team here is dead no energy and definitely no urgency people are in here as we speak waiting atlest an hour now I have 24yrs of restaurant experience touching everything from fast food to fine dining and everything in between never do it take that long to make a philly steak and wings step it up or shut it down and give someone else the spot

  cashier told me 15 mins on a order i placed i waited 45 mins cashier caught an attitude after i asked about my order and expressed to her i was on lunch break and needed to make sure i was back to work on time she caught an attitude disrespected me keep saying rude stuff under her breath and when i asked for a refund i was told either wait for the food or wait for the cook to give a refund... waited 10 mins after that i was give my food which she bagged side ways so my sandwich and fries were both tossed all around the box along with some cold fries .... With that being said Ill never be back to this location🤢 worst service ever matter fact probably won't ever order from sub city again ... cost to much for terrible customer service! and cold food especially after waiting 45 mins for something that was suppose to take 15!

  My niece and I walked in the door to the counter, and a guy walked up and tap this computer screen and said order here and walked away. We started to leave. That was rude. We needed help. He couldn't help. The person who helped apologized. We ordered 3 Polish Boys, there was no coleslaw on them. The Chicken City Fries were good.

  Had a long day and wanted some comfort food. Drove pass many many restaurants and already knew they closed at 11pm. I figured getting there 2 hours before closed would been enough time. Well I walked in the door walked to the kiosk to order and it was 2 workers time was 857pm and tapped the screen and before getting started the female yelled WE NOT TAKING ANY MORE ORDERS. In disbelief I looked around thinking she was not talking to me because the parking lot was empty and restaurants was empty also. I was on the phone and thought DAMN she didnt even know if I wanted some fries. Well I must say that turned me off for coming back. Here's the reason I drove for 17 minutes and to have to drive back 17 minutes without getting what I want why would I chance that again. When you run a business it has to be consistency that want customers can trust what decision they are making... now that just wasnt a good thing. I think I would have accepted this is she or him walked to the front and a knowledge me and even given a reason but I got yelled at and no food... im leaving thos rating before spending my money at another restaurant.

  I love subcity and the food don’t get me wrong but yall should be absolutely ashamed of this “establishment”. Y’all don’t answer the food, yall are slow with the cooking and your workers be having shitty attitudes! I dont know how they expect anyone to respect or even trust this “establishment” if they have all these red flags! Do better.
