As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- VSVictoria ShawMay 9, 20262.0Came to pick up an order and sat in drive-thru for 30 minutes just to get to the window for the “manager” to tell me to pull around to a parking space. Sat parked for an additional 20 minutes so I decided to pull back around to see what was going on since I only ordered one meal. Same rude manager says “it’s not out there yet because it’s still being made” with a smirk on his face. Mind you at this point there are NO other cars in the drive thru. I’ve had to sit and wait for well over an hour for an order that was placed AHEAD! So once again after sitting in the parking space for an additional 15 minutes I decided to go BACK through the drive thru for him to tell me since he didn’t see my car in the parking lot he CAN’T give me my order, with the same smirk on his face. Once I argued with him for a minute about me being the only car here, he then decided to finally give me my soggy wet bag of food. No apologies or anything just rudeness. Even refused to give his name ! Just for the food to be mushy and cold.
