  Its a mcdonalds they are typically understaffed and slow. The food is on par for your typical mcdonalds.

  WORST ONE IN THE CITY!!!!!! Old food, cold food, the wrong food, get pulled for 20 mins nobody will come out and see why a customer is waiting for plus 20 mins. No manager in site in the building!?!?!!!?!

  The food always seems to have been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Which seems impossible because of how long you have to wait for your food. It’s $10 for a value meal. You can almost get a steak dinner for that. It would be a completely different experience if the food was hot and fresh.

  Told to pull over, waiting on my fish sandwich. Waiting 20 minutes, received fish sandwich. Live 5 minutes from McDonald's, get home and sandwich was not warm and tasted old. So they lied to me about waiting on my fish, not fresh not sure why they took so long for an old stale sandwich. Pitched in garbage where it belongs. This place sucks so bad, never again. Big disappointment!

  I'm surprised McDonald's hasn't taken this store away from the owner. Look at these reviews lol. I purposely avoid this location. I used to live in Columbus and you could go to the crappiest part of the city and still get good food. I usually order a double quarter pounder with cheese so they make it fresh but they pull my fries out first and they sit when I dive into my bag first thing when I pull out they are already barely warm and no good. I sent in a complaint and got two certificates for fries but frankly I'm tired of being let down by this place because let's face it. We go for the fries. You screw those up and the entire meal is ruined. I see the owner is constantly telling customers to go to a complaint link. I see zero effort to correct these mistakes by lazy or dimwitted employees and the complaints are just piling high. I go to Belleville for my McD's. It's a little drive but they are ALWAYS good. No, Mr or Mrs owner, I won't go to a link and file anything cuz it looks like it doesn't do any good. I may suggest finding another field of work or entrepreneurship and hope that you strive to do better in whatever endeavor you pursue.
