  This what I was served this evening when I went through the drive thru around 6:30 pm. By the time I even realized it I was too far down the freeway to go back. This is disgusting, and could make someone seriously ill.

  Mobile app wasn't functioning and QR code for rewards/payment wouldn't scan. Ordered at 6:04p and was asked to pull into a waiting space. At 6:18, food was brought out to the car ahead and behind me — both orders were wrong. Possibly one received mine. At 6:22, I flagged an employee to help locate my order. By 6:27, 3 more cars had taken spaces and received food. At 6:33, employees were still handing out incomplete and incorrect orders. Our car received 1 of 3 meals — and it was wrong. I had to extend my survey window because the wait exceeded 30 minutes. At 6:38, incorrect orders continued and I overheard an employee tell a customer they were "90% sure" the item was correct. I notified a second employee that I'd been waiting 30+ minutes after she asked what I ordered for the second time. At 6:42, my order was finally brought out — but the correction on the first item was still wrong. 40 minutes total for 16 nuggets, fries, and a chicken sandwich. Widespread order confusion, repeated errors across multiple customers, and no accountability from staff. This was an unacceptable experience. 0/5 stars.

  There isnt much interaction anymore with fast food but the people were friendly enough. Restrooms were clean enough. Food was Mcdonalds food
