  I arrived at 11:25 in the morning and there’s only one other car in front of me that had placed an order in the drive-through. When I move forward, I paid for my order and was then asked to pull forward and wait. 15 minutes later, I still do not have my food and had to go inside and wait another five minutes or so until someone even recognized that I was there. It seemed that everyone was avoiding eye contact or acted like they even wanted to be there. What should’ve been less than a 10 minute stop turned into a half hour. This place is terrible at best. They acted like they didn’t know they were going to be serving food that day. Lots of employees walking around inside doing nothing.

  What do we want out of fast food? Quick service. The food to be hot. The staff to be friendly. All boxes were checked on my visit here the other day to claim a birthday offer I received. A free sausage mcgriddle is a great way to celebrate a birthday.

  Came through Drive thru at 8:30am on Saturday May 9th, repeated our order in a regular tone 3 times, the lady at the speaker had it wrong each time. Finally had to Literally Yell into the speaker and the lady on the Mic said there ya go there ya go now ya got it...very rude and unprofessional customer service. After leaving the line she's hanging out the window yelling at us as we drove past while another Customer was sitting there.

  Rude team they have no respect hope they tight up or well the correct corporate management knows how they using there name and well hmm soon be closed or overturned by corporate if u dont tight up !!!
