🔥 Way better than I expected! 🔥 I’ll admit, when you hear Cajun style fried chicken from inside a Valero gas station, you probably aren’t expecting much… but this place completely surprised me! The chicken tenders were 🔥🔥🔥, crispy, flavorful, well seasoned, and genuinely some of the best tenders I’ve had in a while. The red beans and rice were excellent too and went perfectly with the chicken. Everything had that good Cajun style flavor and tasted like somebody actually cared about the food they were putting out. Definitely one of those hidden gems you could easily drive right past because it’s inside a gas station. Don’t let the location fool you. I came in with basically no expectations and left seriously impressed. I’ll absolutely be back!
