  The new place is very nice and the food is still good, but I am very disappointed that they no longer serve soda in the machine. Deciding if I will go back again, I love fountain soda not in bottles.

  Would be nice to call and talk to a human to order my pizza. Ordered large 1/2 pep 1/2 mushroom. And it came as all mushroom.

  Love this new pizza place in town we got! Its clean, new, appealing, comfortable, warm and friendly, Service is spectacular! So many options and they make whatever you want! Not to mention the water station is really cool! Bathrooms was perfectly spotless 👌🏼definitely will be back!

  Twice now in less than a week my pizza has been over an hour late AND cold. They will be lucky to get my business ever again. Very disappointed in them since they switched locations

  Wanted to try Donatos for the first time so I ordered a large serious meat pizza hand tossed with marinara sauce and extra cheese that I had to pay extra for and I also ordered two of the garlic parmesan 6-piece wings. Let's just say I will not be ever ordering from Donatos again! The pizza look like it had been reheated not freshly cooked, barely any meat on it for a "serious meat pizza" as for extra cheese.... I wish they would have put at least the normal amount of cheese on it! So I paid extra for extra cheese didn't get extra cheese barely got the cheese that was supposed to go on the pizza! When I tried to eat the pizza the meat was so hard and gross it's like it had been sitting there for days, and then reheated. When I opened my wings of the box that was written on with a permanent marker that said "garlic parmesan discontinued" I got plain wings with marinara sauce! WHAT!?! I wasn't called to have a choice of what I wanted or didn't want and I didn't even get boneless wing sauce I got pizza sauce to dip my chicken wings in! So I called and I waited on hold with the most annoying music just so the manager could say that they couldn't refund my order because it was cash payment and that I would have to call tomorrow and talk to upper management! So, nasty looking and tasting pizza, PLAIN or as they call it "naked" wings with marinara sauce and NO FIX for the situation because I paid cash!??!? Wow! DO BETTER!
