  This place is so inconstant. You never know if they’re open or not. The management seems to be chaotic and very unprofessional. 3/5 attempts I’ve went they’ve been online only, no walk ins and when you do the online order I waited for an hour after it said 10-15 minutes.

  Absolutely a great experience! They were very friendly and made the food right! And they had pepers and onions!! ( another location on lex spring mill, I stopped going to because always out of peppers and onions no matter what time you go!) Highly recommend this location!! Way to go guys! Keep up the excellent work!!

  There are a few employees here who are great, they truly are. But this Chipotle location is so poorly managed it's mind boggling. Showing up here it's any random event that you may run into. Sometimes they are out of major items like Chicken or Rice. Sometimes they are out of more than half the menu. Sometimes they won't take cash. Sometimes they are online orders only. The only way you find out is when you park and walk up to the door to see what sign they've taped up today. This place is either in need of entirely new management, or the current management needs some serious remedial training. SOMETHING. Chipotle already has several black eyes from past issues such as poor portions and so much more. Poor portions is why I prefer to go into the location myself because online orders you seem like you get ripped off every single time. How this place expects to stay in business for very long is beyond me. I couldn't imagine coming off the freeway from out of state expecting to get a bite to eat and to run into these issues let alone being from the local area. Chipotle corporate, you need to give this location some sort of relief. SOMETHING needs to be done otherwise you'll find this location quickly losing business by the locals and it relying on interstate business, which I am sure as poor reviews continue to flow in - people will skip it for the large number of other food options around here.

  No more in-person ordering. Online only. My husband went to pick up my burrito bowl and found no one cooking. Only 2 employees filling only online orders. He picked up my food and when I opened it, it was not at all what I ordered. Covered in spicy salsa with raw onions, which I can't eat. Whole thing went in the trash. What a waste! Not going back to this location. Beware.

  Why ask people what they want on their burrito if you're just going to ignore their requests AND then throw a fit when they correct you? Employees need training in customer service. Hopefully, Just a one-off experience.
