  Terrible service terrible management manager has an ego refuses to replace or refund my order ordered cheesesteak meal returned the cheesesteak because it was terrible I asked for a double beef and cheddar to make up for it and this is what they gave me a sloppy mess I called the mngr caught an attitude her pride is hurt and refused to refund or properly replace my order with the receipt terrible service as well as Ashland rd they need new management this isn’t the first time I’ve had terrible service at this location it’s notorious for treating customers poorly because of the location they think they can talk to people crazy and treat people like trash disgusting behavior but you reap what you sow !!!!! This is 5:01 pm shift whoever the mngr on this shift was combative and unhelpful I work in food and if we have a complaint we remake everything fresh to the customers liking we don’t argue over food we just replace it!! Will be reporting to corporate
