  So got the wrong item. They proceeded to ask for it back after I warned them I opened it. Makes me personally wonder if they reused the item. When I worked in restaurants, we were not allowed to take food back. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.

  Went to the drive-thru to get a combo, got home and noticed the barely gave me any fries, they're basically stealing from customers. See my picture below, medium fries , pretty empty container.

  Dont get the breakfast burritos they skimp its so small you can eat it in one bit if you want good mcds go to kings mills one much better

  Worst place to go food is disgusting and cold or been laying in old grease. They constantly leave items out of your order and will not refund the money you have to get whatever you ordered and they left out. So I am not returning to this rude no customer service McDonalds!!!!! I spent 25 dollars on food that was cold, greasy and not fit to feed to anyone!! I had to pull up and wait for the order and they still left out food. It seems to be poorly managed and they don’t seem to care at all about the customer. DONE
