How absolutely disgusting, prepaid through my app for a drive-through order, was in the drive-through for probably 20 minutes and not one single car moved. So I went in the store and there were literally flies everywhere. After waiting for a bit longer, my skin literally started crawling from the bugs. At this point, I did not want my food because I was genuinely grossed out, had them fully refund what I had ordered. Absolutely horrible. Have never seen anything like this and I know this is a new building. Put me off from coming here ever again and this is the local location. GROOOOSSSSS

Top 3 worst experiences for macdonalds. 35 minutes in drive thru. This store manager should be ashamed for the night crew they've assembled. Order at 805 left drive thru at 840. Drive thru lady was kind but struggling with minimal help

mcdonald’s is known for bad customer service but tonight was the worse i’ve experienced. we pull up to the speaker, the lady answers the mic laughing before taking out order and then asks if we’re using the app, we say yes and she asks if we are picking up and names two different orders. we say no and tell her the code, she says it’s invalid but on our end it says it was received and then cuts us off to tell us to pull to the second window before even receiving our order so we do and then she takes our code and order there. i thought that madness was over but a passenger asked for HONEY, this lady comes back with honey mustard, we repeat that we asked for honey and she goes oh okay, and comes back with HOT MUSTARD.. we go “uh honey?..” and she looks at us like she doesn’t know what honey is and says “we don’t have any” and then gives us our drinks and i got a large mango pineapple smoothie, she gave us a medium so she has to pull us forward and takes 5 minutes to make one smoothie when there’s 1 or 2 other people in the drive through. if she doesn’t get fired she needs a serious sit down on how to do her job.
