  they need to teach their teenage workers some customer service skills. also forgot my apple pie. just moved to the area, but i will not be a customer here anymore.

  Was taking my daughter to school and she wanted McDonald's, so we pull through the drive thru. There were only 3 cars in the drive thru, pull up and order fairly quickly, but that's when the speed stopped, waiting for almost 10 minutes to get up to the window, sit at the window for another 2 minutes before I even see anyone. The lady hands me my daughter's lemonade that looks like water and says, "I checked the lemonade, it is fine even though it's a little clear" which in my head I'm thinking how is that even possible, but whatever. Get the food start driving around the building and my daughter sounds out from the back seat, "this is water!" so I stop, get out and run it in to get another one. No one is at the counter, so I'm yelling back into the kitchen that I need service, lady walks by, looks right at me then walks away. I yell, "this isn't lemonade!" so she tells the other lady to check the lemonade and I can hear the woman say "I already did!" I was like, eff this, and walked out. One of the worst experiences from a fast food chain I've ever had! Can't wait for the AI robots to take over fast food. I'll never go back to this McDonald's again.

  Fire!! Me and my wife frequent Cincinnati for concerts and twice now we have gotten amazing service and fresh food! To the wonderful staff thank you!! Our now go-to after a concert sesh! 😊🎉😎

  There's no customer service, no menus on the wall. It took several minutes for someone to acknowledge we were there and it was a barely audible "what do you want?". That lack of human involvement/customer service, access to menu information and the concept of "fast food" is not what one would expect from a company making such massive profits and charging as much as casual dining for what can barely be called food. Pay your employees enough to get some decent work ethic and train them on customer service. Replace the menus behind the counter and hire a cashier for the front of house. There's no excuse for such poor performance when we all know you can afford to do better!
