The manager was the one who assisted us with this and she was extremely rude. I got 5 ice cream cones that look like that, such a waste of money, I would love to get my money back!

A young lady very begrudgingly walked out of the kitchen area to the register without ever acknowledging us, and never smiled. She seemed miserably unhappy. When we got our food, we were so disappointed that our hamburgers and french fries were barely, barely warm. These days, we’re not going to request a replacement with hot food because we don’t want someone to be ticked off because we’re complaining, and spit in our food, or do some other disgusting thing to our food before we get it.
