Ordered through door dash and waited 40 min. Wife contacted door dash and they called the McDonald’s. Apparently they have “no order” under that name. Even the door dash company explained they could see the order (as well as us). I wish they gave the option to order at the other McDonald’s in Madison. STAY AWAY. We have a family of 6 and it’s expensive. Not any more. We will take our business elsewhere. It seems like the franchisee owner doesn’t care EVER. Been this way for years. Food always cold and not properly made and missing items. McDonalds corporation needs to look into this location. You’ve been warned.
