  Me and my fiancé got a late dinner and the Staff lady named Lori did such an amazing job. Even with some confusion with the order she helped us out. Very positive and sweet lady!

  Stopped to get a quick bite and had the worst service. Waited at counter while employee talking totally ignored us. When asking to put in order she said we had to do it at kiosk, which we did but then was told we had to pay with credit card , we told her we wanted to pay cash. She continued to talk and ignore us. We went next store to the Loves and got a hotdogs

  I never been to this town or at this Arby's. They had my order wrong and the food was nasty,waste of money. I ordered a number eight bacon,Swiss cheese,chicken and received a buffalo chicken sandwich that was disgusting.

  So, I've went here a few times and honestly our experiences weren't bad. There was even a time where we came in at 3 am and the lady there was so sweet and awesome; we ended up tipping her $20. This experience we had today (June 8) was NOTHING like that. We ordered the pulled pork barbeque mac n cheese, the swiss dip sandwich and two cheese cups for our fries. First- we didn't recieve our drink but we didn't bring it up, but they forgot one of the nacho cheeses and the literal barbeque sauce for the mac and cheese (in the name!). So I had my boyfriend go back and let them know and ask for the barbecue and cheese, this girl had an attitude, didn't give us the proper bbq as they gave us just a cup of the dipping sauce instead of the one that's intended to be poured over the bowl. But whatever, my boyfriend also works at a 24/7 establishment so listen we get it, it sucks having people come in so late at night but like cut us some slack? Well we go and start eating and of course, there is a hair in my food. That was when I decided to write this review. Cause literally everything else we had a solution for and understood but to have a hair in my food is just the icing on the cake.
