I didn’t go inside and frankly we were in a rush so I didn’t really get to see the inside of the place or interact with the staff much. But it was a decent experience. They gave us all of our food so we didn’t need to come back. I loved their chicken cantina bowl it was very delicious as always. But the one thing that was off was the guac. It was slightly brown which worried me and it tasted funny I’m not sure if it went bad or what happened but other than that I had an overall positive experience.

Every time I try to eat here, it's such a toss up for how I'll be treated. Most times, they just won't take my order. I pull up, they ask me to hold on. I do. I work in the food service industry. I understand it gets busy. But then when I'm ignored for 10, 15 minutes, I just don't feel good anymore. I get quicker service at a sit down restaurant. Which takes out any reason for me to get FAST food. I used to love Taco Bell. But now I'm afraid to go cause I don't want to be ignored or felt like I'm an inconvenience.
Food falling apart in our hands! Excellent service...personnel was very personable! Food kind of sucked..,!

I cannot fathom what takes this place so long to prepare its orders. Do not go here if you are looking for fast food. Almost 20 minutes. I was waiting in line for a quesadilla. That's it. There was someone in front of me who had been there at least a couple of minutes before I had. I just left, couldn't wait in the line anymore. You should not be open if you are not able to serve food at a reasonable pace. For the sake of the employees and the people that are wasting their time sitting there.
Wow, 40 minutes to pick up my online order. I don't know how many cars left the line after ordering, but I would have too if I hadn't already paid online. If a McDonald's averaged a consistent 7 minutes per car, they'd be out of business in a hurry. To top it off, the window attendant didn't give me a fork for my cheesy potatoes but did manage to balance 17 sauces on top of the box instead of putting them in a bag or something. Interestingly, not one of them were the 3 I requested, which takes some real skill, and I didn't count the ones she dropped on the ground. And of course 2 of my 3 items were made wrong. I don't have high expectations for Taco Bell but it is truly astounding how slow and inept this location is. I gave them a couple extra chances too, but I'm done with them. They can go ahead and close up shop as far as I'm concerned.
