- MHMax Hrbal2 days ago2.0The burritos here are always SO DRY. Even when they supposedly have queso and salsa on them, you can’t even tell there’s any. Go to chipotle where they actually put salsa and/or queso on it.
- PMPamela McDowell4 days ago1.0I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the condition of my Qdoba app order from Qdoba. When my food arrived, it literally looked like someone had already eaten out of it. Half of the meal was gone, the packaging appeared tampered with, and there was absolutely no way I was going to risk eating food that looked contaminated or previously opened. This is completely unacceptable, unsanitary, and highly unprofessional. Customers should never have to question whether their food has been touched or eaten before delivery. This experience was beyond frustrating and honestly disturbing. I paid for a full meal and received food that was clearly compromised and unsafe to eat. I am requesting a FULL refund immediately. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed ASAP.

I can say they have made a reputation with having rude employees honestly very glad I didn’t come in. WILL NEVER BE BACK AS A CUSTOMER.

They counted out the shrimp (which was old and hard and very little chicken which they had plenty of. The guacamole was little as a spoonful. The brown rice was old and dry as well. Don’t think I’ll be going back anymore.
