  Usually I don’t write bad reviews but something rubbed me the wrong way with the guy working at the line today :/ Got there and waited and when I was up the guy calls me up real agitated sounding which I could get by because whatever. But as soon as the order started I could just feel his tension of not wanting to serve me, with you know just being extra slow and his tone was pretty apparent in the direction of more rude But when I ask for my chicken he puts maybe at most 5 little pieces of chicken down like easily a third of the amount I’d usually get and I’m like, hey would you mind if I just got a little more? (You know cuz obviously I’m spending 11 dollars here I’m not gonna settle for a 1000 calorie burrito with a third of the portion I usually get without asking at least right? ) And he goes, well you’re gonna have to pay more. :| … & I’m like , “ok I was just wondering cuz I come here often at least at the other locations I always get a full spoon fulls worth of chicken everytime (not overloading but a good amount) so is there anyway you could just do a little bit more (where as his was a third of a scoop) And again he says the same thing in a pretty demeaning voice and he then proceeds to grab a whopping full scoop the second time around and says so you want it or no…? And I’m just like yeah nah I’m good bro take care Wish I took a photo of the thing too it was pitiful lol

  I was curious to try Qdoba for the first time on Labor Day 2026 and the food looked absolutely disgusting. Everything looked old, stale and dry. The chicken looked disgusting. The rice was extremely dry and looked disgusting. The lettuce was brown and looked disgusting as well of course. I said to the guy who was going to make a bowl before I seen how nasty it looked, “This rice look old.” He just stood there and tried to mash out all the clumps and said, “Yea, they haven’t made any since this morning.” Mind you, it’s after 6pm. He made absolutely no gesture to even check or inquire. Like aforementioned, I’ve never tried this establishment before and by the nastiness of this location and the disrespectful bad attitudes at the University Hts location, I never will.

  I just walked in to order a burrito. Was told by staff I have to wait 20 minutes for them to finish door dash orders before they can serve customers in the store. At the same the time there was no one in line at the store when I walked in. Door dash takes priority over people who come in to eat I guess that’s ridiculous.

  This location's not doing too well and I hope they can fix it before they go out of business! Last several visits there have been major ingredients unavailable (like black beans or guac), stressed out staff (or Zootopia sloth slow), and other issues (like the receipt machine being broken). Staff is very unmotivated, perhaps under-paid. Seems like they have a lot of issues with people calling off. Although I love Qdoba and this is the closest location to my house, I might need to give up on it soon after so many negative experiences. 😕
