- LHleslie hiltonAug 19, 20262.0Why is there this much oil dripping from the rice? I thought it looked oily but didn't expect to have to scoop my food from a pool of oil. Gross. AND Somebody needed to relieve this girl from the line,, she was the only one scooping with a slap of the wrist and a blank look in her eye. Just throwing every scoop into the bowl with no care or making sure the appropriate amount was being scooped.. Just staring at me after every scoop for the next move when the first move wasn't even right.. Maybe they were trying to service the line with the remnants in each pan (there were no fajitas, scant meat, low and dried out everything but sour cream and queso. Even the cheese looked warm, shiny, not right.. I asked her for more rice because the rice didn't even cover the bottom of the bowl, and got three more scoops. The proportions were all off and I just kept saying it just looks different, but didn't know what to ask for seeing there was nothing to work with. And, how was everything sooo rushed (but we were in line for probably 30min with only a family of 3 and a family of 4 ahead of us..the pair behind me said "how long have we been here" a couple times, and the girl behind me first said" I'm going to be late for work" & left. This is unacceptable. It's disgusting. Its unappetizing. I felt like that watching the bowl be made and I felt like that eating it too. We shouldn't be treated like this as customers and if the workers are working like this, something is wrong there too. This location should literally be shut down, knowing this is the regular for them there. And seeing how many people it's affected by the reviews.
