  The staff member taking our order seemed rushed and very impolite - there was no one waiting behind us so no reason to rush. The first drink was made incorrectly and the second had things floating in it (pictured). Then, we were denied a healthcare discount but have been told this location does honor healthcare employee discounts, but the staff member said she “does not know about a healthcare discount.”

  It was my first time. I appreciated the friendliness, and I loved what I order, but it was that I didn't get a receipt because I used my card. Just hoping I want receive problem. But loved everything. VH

  7 Brew is a great spot when I want a quick coffee without having to get out of the car. The drive-thru is fast and convenient, and the drinks I’ve had have always been delicious. It’s especially nice when I’m in a hurry but still want something better than just making coffee at home. Quick, easy, and consistently good, exactly what I want from a coffee drive-thru!

  The coffee is great. The people are always nice . There is a problem with the order in which they serve their guests. Just because you are in line doesn't mean you'll be served in the order in which you arrive. I've watched a whole line get their order taken while another goes ignored. Bad time management and organization. This happened to me when they first opened and I stopped going because my time is just as valuable as others. Recently, it happened again. Late for work and didn't get my drink because they took two cars with large offers in another lane before me when I sprinted arrived first. The server in my lane never came back.

  The girl taking orders at the drive through was extremely rude and me and my boyfriend were baffled. If you dislike your job, quit. Not rocket science. 🫩🙄 And the wait was insane. The cookie butter drink is delicious but it’s not worth being treated like $hit for no reason!
