    Stopped in this location today because this was on my way. I ordered a BMT sub turkey for ham. I have been ordering the same sandwich for 30 years. There was a sign in the window that said Saturday BMT 6 inch for $4.99. When it was time to ring me up. The employee rang in a BMT for full price ( I was ok thither that because I got modifications. But the employee added $2.00 for the turkey even though i did not receive ham. She quoted me the price. She was going to charge me $10.00 for a 6 inch sandwich. I told her to keep the sandwich. She didn't inform me that there was going to be an upcharge. She adjusted it after arguing with me because I was going to walk away..

    Online order, Made food wrong wouldn’t correct threw sandwich away and wouldnt refund or remake sandwich. Simple correction of a sandwich you guys threw away before I could decide. Owner didn’t care too much who they “text” for permission”

    My whole experience was bad. Rude customer service. They cut the cheese in half to be cheap and not give you the actual amount subway typically gives you. Then to top it off I asked for an extra napkin and she scoffed about it.
