  It started pretty rough when I rolled into the Drive Thru line and spotted a big white tree absolutely swarming with bees right by the speaker. I debated even ordering, but decided to tough it out because that Cheesesteak is like that. So I pull up to the speaker and roll my window halfway down and give the worker my order, "One Cheesesteak just the sandwich, and a six piece cheese stick." Then my finger is on the button to roll up the window as soon as I get that confirmation. I'm looking at dozens of bees absolutely going to town on this tree just dreading them getting into my car. 45 seconds pass; 45 seconds of sweating and trying to remember the last time I replaced my Epipen and thinking of Macaulay Culkin in the 1991 classic My Girl. They finally come back with a "do you want sauce?" "Just the Marinara for the cheese sticks." My finger is cramping, ready to roll up this window. 30 seconds later I get the total and pull around. I get to the window and they're already packing the bag- great sign. The girl who is packing the bag lets me know the Marinara is already in the bag then the woman who has the headset on pops up and repeats my order "Cheesesteak and Six Cheesesticks?" Then gives a little chuckle. Sure, I guess that's funny. The girl packing the bag (she couldn't have been older than 12) gives a nervous chuckle and musters with all the enthusiasm of someone held at gunpoint a "yeah, cheesy". Alright, Arby's got jokes I guess. I take my food back to work and sit down to eat. Lo and behold, no cheesesteak, but a Gyro instead. To add insult to injury- 5 cheese sticks. Now, I'm used to places messing up my order, but to mess up the whole thing on top of everything else? I know they knew what I ordered because I was mocked for it. I don't know who does Arby's market research, but they can't really afford to be burning bridges out here. Don't go to this Arby's unless you want to get stung by bees or mocked for making the mistake of eating there. There's another Arby's not too far if you're really feeling it (and the Cheesesteak is legit).

  6/10/26 came in through drive through late 915. The lady taking orders was patient and sharp n professional. The gentleman that handled us the foot was very attentive to anything extra we needed and he was very well mannered. As i looked in the window there was a young lady cleaning and there were also people eating dining in laughing having good time . Food was awsome . My daughter loves the pulled pork and i love the brisket . Thankyou to those workers , that crew .

  Timothy was great and Megan was so friendly at the window!! Its so refreshing to get good customer service. Will definitely be back!

  Your typical Arby's but ..they do have the meats which equals variety.

  my chicken was old or something and was so hard I couldn't bite through it. Also the employees are very skimpy on saucers
