  To start i will admit ive loved pizza hut my entire life HOWEVER today just changed that. I placed an order on the mobile app and said estimated wait was roughly 30 minutes at most. I ended up waiting over an hour and a half almost an hour and 45 minutes on a single medium pizza and side of cinnamon sticks. Through that entire time I got zero communication on my order being delayed and app/tracking still saying delivery 3:52 and didn't get it til after 5:30 than once got it the pizza was dry and tough like it had been sitting for an hour than when I took a bite halfway through eating my pizza which was plain cheese pizza I need add I found a massive chunk of onion which I not only dislike BUT Also did not order a pizza with onions added to it at all and quite frankly ruined the rest of my order which I paid doubke for for delivery due to pizza hut using doordash drivers I paid almost 30$ on a 15$ pizza and cinnamon sticks which frankly im glad I got for free by redeeming my rewards but overall this whole experience has been SUCH A MASSIVE Let down im gonna rethink before ever ordering from here again and will either take my money to another chain entirely or just avoid in general cause this left such a bad taste in my mouth from this experience ordering here

  First time I went girl with tattoos on her face was at the counter. Not gonna lie at first I thought "here we go" .. but honestly dont judge a book by its cover bc she was actually pretty cool. But then I tried to go back and they were closed.. so idk whats going on. Get it together hut.

  We ordered Cinnamon Sticks and they where smashed and no sauce for them either they where not busy and still couldn't get it right

  This place is joke. All your calls go to a call center with no one that understands English and when you finally get transferred to the local store(you have to request it)they put you on hold for 10-15mins if you're lucky This used to be a good place but it's not worth it anymore

  Ordered a large pepperoni plus extra, cupped pepperoni plus extra and onions. If this is what extra pepperoni looks like I hate to see standard amount. I order from here weekly and will have to change my pizza choice to one of the many others in the area
