  The service here is absolutely terrible. The past 4 times I’ve gotten pizza here I’ve had to wait an hour.! I understand if it was some crazy order but it’s just for 2 mediums pizzas with light cheese and one with pepperoni on it as well. How does it take 45 mins to put some cheese and/ pepperoni on a pizza. Also the app never tells you when it’s actually ready. I went the other day and it said it was ready after already waiting for 45 minutes since I placed it, and I get there and they said I still have to wait 6 minutes for it,, tell my why it takes an extra 12 minutes since I get there and they have a worker next door at great clips talking to girls when great clips is closed to the public ? I also had to order delivery from them and the past 2 times they said my pizza was done and my driver was on my way. Why does it take an extra 45 MINUTES when I live right down the road? The service is terrible and and the workers don’t care at all.

  What is up with the pizza. It is flat as can be and next to no toppings and there is so much crust. Definitely will not be ordering again. The papa bowl was not evwn out to the sides of the paper dish. Sad.

  I'm sorry but you need to have more than just two teenagers in the back. I was standing in your tiny little dining area with five other people that were all dashers and we were all waiting. There was two teenagers in the back basically and I stood there for 10 minutes and I'm a very patient person so I was perfectly fine with it. Come to find out that she yells out. Is there an order for Michelle? That order was sitting there when I got there. You guys didn't say anything to me or nothing so I really don't appreciate. Just waiting there for absolutely no reason or my customer having to wait. Maybe actually ask people what they're waiting for like these four other people that walked in after me that wasn't asked either. Instead of just being ignored. You can actually work faster if you know what orders are there and not there

  A very kind young lady just made us the very best Papa John’s pizza we’ve had since Papa started the chain (5/30/26 approx. noon). She was so kind with our order and so kind when hubby picked it up. It was simply delicious and will fuel our old 🍑’s to keep getting our yard work done. I’m an HR Director - you keep that girl cause she’s priceless to your store! I mean it! You be extra nice to her. I got a receptionist position opening up and if I’d of picked up the pizza I’d have been recruiting her!

  This place used to be on point fresh and ready quickly… now you order online app says it’s ready, show up with 3-4 people waiting and no one services you when you walk in, you have to wait and then when they come up front they act like you don’t exist… pizza isn’t ready when the app says it is.. super slow anymore..
