  I'm sorry but you need to have more than just two teenagers in the back. I was standing in your tiny little dining area with five other people that were all dashers and we were all waiting. There was two teenagers in the back basically and I stood there for 10 minutes and I'm a very patient person so I was perfectly fine with it. Come to find out that she yells out. Is there an order for Michelle? That order was sitting there when I got there. You guys didn't say anything to me or nothing so I really don't appreciate. Just waiting there for absolutely no reason or my customer having to wait. Maybe actually ask people what they're waiting for like these four other people that walked in after me that wasn't asked either. Instead of just being ignored. You can actually work faster if you know what orders are there and not there

  A very kind young lady just made us the very best Papa John’s pizza we’ve had since Papa started the chain (5/30/26 approx. noon). She was so kind with our order and so kind when hubby picked it up. It was simply delicious and will fuel our old 🍑’s to keep getting our yard work done. I’m an HR Director - you keep that girl cause she’s priceless to your store! I mean it! You be extra nice to her. I got a receptionist position opening up and if I’d of picked up the pizza I’d have been recruiting her!

  This place used to be on point fresh and ready quickly… now you order online app says it’s ready, show up with 3-4 people waiting and no one services you when you walk in, you have to wait and then when they come up front they act like you don’t exist… pizza isn’t ready when the app says it is.. super slow anymore..

  Are you kidding me. You wait 20mins past the time you get text order is done. AND THEY STILL GET IT WRONG. Hire some competent people please

  Thought about ordering food from here until I watched through the windows as I was sitting in my car (as I wait for my husband to get his hair cut at great clips) I seen the younge kid that works there vaping. Two younger kids came in and shared their vape with him. Then watching him touch a girls hair, another employee that works there, turned me off completely. Where are the adults at?
