If she is not working then more often than not, my coffee is wrong. On a side note, the guy that works at 4am is extremely effecient and pays attention to detail.
- SSSteffSep 18, 20261.0We ordered four drinks (one came out right 3 did not) through the drive thru, nothing complicated, they gave us our drinks and 3 of the labels were plan "MD Hot Latte Milk" not any of them were the drinks we ordered. 1 medium pumpkin spice latte, 1 French vanilla latte and 1 large mocha latte. We backed up to the window and told the guy working. He said sorry at first and offered to fix it, but then blamed us for not ordering on the app, then he gave us a caramel latte that we didn't order and almost gave us someones large tea instead of the large mocha and then argued with us about it before taking it back. Wish I could give a 0 star.

I was immediately told no. I asked if I could just pay for a side of whipped cream, they said that they could not ring that up. I asked if whipped cream could be added to one of my drinks and they said no. I offered several times to pay for the whipped cream and they refused each time. I was dissatisfied with the service.
