Waited for 15 minutes in store for a mobile order through their app. I finally agreed how long it was going to be and the response was "it's going to be a minute" canceled ordered and went across the street.

Very disappointing experience. I purchased a 12-count of Cinnabon , but when I got home, I discovered that there were only 10 inside. I called the location to report the issue, but the phone just kept making weird noises. I then called customer service and waited 20 minutes for someone to pick up, but no one answered, so I eventually had to hang up. This is unacceptable. The Cinnabon should contain the number of pieces stated on the menu, not less and customers should be able to reach someone when there is a problem. I expected much better quality control and customer service.

I was there getting a doordash. The lady making the food kept touching her hat/hair and kept the same gloves and continued making food, then picked up the phone and also continued making food. One guy didn't have a hat on. So much cross contamination. 🫣

4 times this month, I have attempted to get breakfast and no one is there. All 4 times were between 7:15 and 7:30am- they open at 7am.

We make a point not to go to this one the staff really isn’t Friendly usually smells like weed when they would open the window and ridiculously long wait times for a 3 item order staff needs retraining
